SSS is a corporate website for an IT security firm where performance was the headline outcome. It loaded under 1MB in 1.6 seconds despite a graphically heavy layout.

The interesting engineering decision was the editor. Gutenberg was newly released, and most agencies were still reaching for a page-builder plugin. I built the theme around Gutenberg blocks instead, which gave the client page-builder ergonomics without the script weight that page-builders typically drag in. Combined with deliberate asset choices and additional performance work, the result was a lightweight site that was also easy for the client to edit.

The site was a custom WordPress theme on Bootstrap 4.
